Benjamin Maurice
To deliver game-changing results for clients, Benjamin leverages 10+ years of strategy consulting & operating experience across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
He previously led Capgemini’s fastest-growing business globally, and advised Fortune 500 companies and PE firms through his work at
L.E.K. Consulting (leader in strategic due diligences) and Roland Berger
(leading European strategy consultancy).
Benjamin holds an M.S. from HEC Paris (#1 business school in Europe, Financial Times ranking), a B.A. from Sciences Po Paris, and also studied at UC Berkeley and Harvard. He is fluent in 4 languages (English, French, Mandarin and Spanish).
Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys all types of physical exercise - including swimming in the ocean, playing soccer, practicing kung fu and yoga - and being in Nature.
Anubhav Narwal
Long before conducting commercial due diligences and helping clients build growth strategies, Anubhav was catching the 5 a.m. bus from his village in India just to make it to school on time.
He’s drawn to off-the-radar spaces and unconventional problems, where his love for problem-solving and competitiveness gives him an edge. A serious poker player and semi-pro RTS gamer, Anubhav enjoys anything that combines math, competition, and just enough pressure to make it interesting — which also explains his love for consulting.
He’s studied across three continents — earning degrees from BITS Pilani, HEC Paris, and the Yale School of Management — and can usually be found on a cricket field, tennis court, or anywhere that requires a ball and a scoreboard.
Anubhav may have traded the farm for frameworks, but he's still playing to win — and bringing others along for the ride.
Julie Wang
Graduating from UC Berkeley in 2025 with a double major in Economics and East Asian Religion, Thought & Culture, Julie brings both analytical rigor and cultural perspective to strategy consulting.
While still a student, Julie gained early exposure to commercial due diligence and growth strategy through two years of internship experience at Benjamin Maurice LLC.. In addition, Julie has also interned at L’Oréal USA, the world’s largest beauty company, where she worked on consumer-focused projects that built a strong foundation for understanding markets, growth, and brand strategy.
Outside of consulting, Julie is a passionate musician and singer. From writing original songs to fronting bands and performing at multiple college events, she brings creativity, discipline, and stage presence into every aspect of life.
Arlette Wataluka
As Operations Manager, Arlette oversees the firm's day-to-day administrative functions, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, and supporting the delivery of superior client service.
Prior to joining Benjamin Maurice, Arlette spent 7 years in Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Executive Support - where she interfaced with clients from different backgrounds, helping her hone her sense of adaptability.
Arlette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Management and is fluent in English, French and Swahili. She is passionate about corporate social responsibility, green economy and debating for fun.
